PREPARATION: Place 1 - 2 medicinal sachets into a basin and add 5 cups of boiling water. Let herbal infusion steep for 15 minutes. Add cold water until temperature cools to 100 - 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes. The soaking water may be reheated/reused up to 4 times, we suggest adding 1 new tea bag per reheated/reuse.
